Its easy to judge a President for every decision they make during their term in office. However, when it comes to evaluating Presidents on all of their decisions it becomes some what tricky. Five categories in which they could be evlauted would consist of; 1. other countries opinions of the United States. 2. How he (President) has followed through with his campaigh promises. 3. How the economy is doing. 4. How the White House is treating the media. 5. Evaluate how his administer is blaming previous administrating.
